Parent Information

Emergency Information/Accidents
ambulance
It is vital that the school is kept informed of any change related to parents' residential addresses and/or telephone numbers. This is initially provided on enrolment but the Administrative Officer should be advised of any changes during the school year. Once a year we complete a computer update of details and send home your family card for checking.

Should a child become ill or sustain an injury at school, parents will be informed as soon as possible. All children must be signed out at the School Office by the collecting adult. If necessary first aid will be administered to the child. When neither parent can be contacted, if it is necessary, the Principal will make urgent arrangements for a sick or injured child to be transported to the doctor or hospital. The Parents & Citizens Association pays an annual subscription to the Queensland Ambulance Service which covers all children for Ambulance transportation during school hours.
